With funds from generous donors and events, JC Humane is pleased to offer a spay/neuter assistance program that helps subsidize the cost of getting your dog or cat spayed or neutered.
There are two ways to qualify!
INCOME
You will qualify if your gross household income (total pre-tax income of all members of your household) is within the SNAP guidelines.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
You may qualify due to other considerations than income. There is a space on the SNAP application to describe your situation. Considerations that will qualify you for SNAP include, but are not limited to:
- Household member(s) currently unemployed
- Pet Owner is a full-time student
- Critical bills/expenses (such as medical, student loans, military leave)
- Pet owner receives public assistance (such as Medicare/Medicaid, Social Security, SSI, Disability, Food Stamps, etc)
